Ben Spalding is the head Choral Director at Centerville High School in Centerville, Ohio. At Centerville, Ben directs all of the choirs and the a cappella group Forte. In 2016, Forte was awarded first place in the ICHSA (International Championship of High School A Cappella). Under his direction the number of students involved with the program has more than doubled. He also music directs for the fall and spring musicals at CHS. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from the University of Kentucky. Ben has served as a CARA (Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards) judge as well as a judge for the ICCA's (International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella). His love for music goes as far back as elementary school. Music has and always will be a major driving force in his life.
